1. VICE PRINCIPAL
Reports To: Principal

Nature and Scope: To work closely with the Principal, Academic Coordinators and Department Heads; provide instructional and administrative leadership that supports curriculum implementation and “best practices” in classrooms; assist in the formulation of policies, organizational plans and objectives; guide teachers, students and parents of CPS community in order to develop and maintain an educationally effective school of excellence

Wing: Secondary, Senior Secondary

Requisite: Master degree in the subject with a teaching degree/ diploma. Academic Coordinators or Heads of Department with minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years of administrative experience in reputed CBSE / ICSE/ Cambridge schools. Basic knowledge in operating computers is mandatory.

2. COORDINATOR
Reports To: Vice Principal

Nature and Scope: Responsible for training, mentoring and extending academic support for the Pre Primary department. Liaison with Vice Principal, monitor curriculum delivery at different levels and conduct periodic academic auditing.

Wing: Pre Primary

Requisite: Post Graduate in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training with minimum 5 years experience in CBSE/ ICSE/ Cambridge schools and supervisory abilities to enhance curriculum delivery. Exposure to Special needs education and Technology based teaching is preferred.

3. COORDINATOR
Reports To: Vice Principal

Nature and Scope: Responsible for training, mentoring and extending academic support for Primary school. Liaison with the Heads of the Department, monitor curriculum delivery at different levels and conduct periodic academic auditing.

Wing: Primary

Requisite: Master in Math/Science/English with a teaching degree/ diploma and min. 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ ICSE/ Cambridge schools and supervisory abilities to enhance curriculum delivery. Exposure to Technology based teaching is preferred.

4. PGT - All Subjects including Computer Science, French & Hindi

Requisite: Master degree in the subject with a teaching degree/ diploma, Minimum 3-5 years experience in reputed CBSE/ ICSE/ Cambridge schools. Basic knowledge in operating computers is mandatory.

5. TGT & SGT - All subjects including French, Hindi, Tamil & Computer Science.

Requisite: Bachelor degree in the subject with a teaching degree/ diploma, Minimum 4-5 years experience in reputed CBSE/ ICSE/ Cambridge schools and basic knowledge in operating computers.

6. PRT - All subjects including Hindi, Tamil & Computer Science

Requisite: Bachelor degree in the subject with a teaching degree/ diploma, Minimum 2 years experience in reputed CBSE/ ICSE/ Cambridge schools and basic knowledge in operating computers.

7. Preschool Teachers - Diploma/Bachelor/PG certification in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training with minimum 2 years experience.

8. Trainee Teachers for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English - Fresher or teachers without B.Ed can apply.

9. Student Counselor (Female) - Master or Bachelor Degree in Psychology with training in Counseling Psychology and experience working in schools.

10. Special Educator- Relevant degree/Certificate holders who are trained and experienced to handle children with special learning needs-Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD etc.

11. Physical Education Teacher (Male/Female) - Bachelor / Master degree in the subject with minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed School specialised in Athletics, Football, etc.

12. Librarian - Bachelor/Master degree in Library Sciences with minimum 3 years experience

13. Lab Instructors for Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology - Bachelor degree is a must and experience working in schools.
